Calls and messages: anything you share when you book a call, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
Clients: the details needed to run your store, such as access to your eBay seller account and buyer account, store performance data, and information needed to settle the profit share.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
Analytics: if analytics tools are switched on, they may use cookies or similar technology to measure how people use the site (for example, pages viewed and how visitors found us). These tools do not give us your name.

To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls.
To set up, run and support your store if you become a client.
To prepare reports and settle the profit share.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as we work together plus any period needed for accounting or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
